We support many organizations such as RCMP Crime Victims, Women Shelters, Women Organizations, Canadian Royal Purple, and more to create safe spaces for healing and sharing. When people connect with the music and the workshops, they are creating a change in their lives, and sharing with their communities from a new mindset. This positive different supports a world that is safer, more connected, and able to prosper because abuse, violence and cycles of pain have passed down for a millennia. The change makers right now are saying that there is no more space for that passing of pain. We can end violence through collective healing and being able to support what that looks like. Music as an Empowering Tool and Nurturing Support

We come together for awareness, education, and trauma-informed healing, offering organizations a unique way to support those they serve. As a musician and educator, I facilitate safe, heart-centered spaces for discussion, reflection, and connection.

How it Works

2 hours in the Evening with Auroara Leigh

The music is a gateway to start conversation and get sharing and expression about sexual assault, abuse, mental health, addictions, grief, and violence, and is always ensuring resilience and hope to be the main takeaway.

The show inspires people to open up and feel accepted in a social environment to be vulnerable and brave, which allows for major breakthroughs for them to continue to seek resources and supports in the community.

Why Create a Sacred Container with Music?

Retraining and rewiring the nervous system to move from surviving to thriving is challenging, and my albums are designed to capture and inspire that journey. Through courage, hope, and resilience, it’s possible to re-story the pain into something beautiful.

Our inner narrative shapes our experience, and by consciously re-storying our trauma, we reclaim our power to transform pain into growth, creativity, and profound healing. Music becomes the vessel for this process, supporting emotional release, self-reflection, and connection.

Loving Yourself: Healing Through Music and Connection

Compelling, inspiring and compassionate, are the first words that I think of for Auroara Leigh. I find Auroara as real, raw, and authentic as people can get. She speaks her mind, with passion, insight, and through experience. I’ve been privileged to work with her in a couple different capacities.

Not just an author, Auroara is also a singer/ songwriter, an Anthropologist and a healing facilitator. She was invited to be the special guest at Vernon, BC’s award winning vintage Towne Theatre on May 2, 2022.. During her powerful debut musical performance, she shared her stories in between her songs. She believes in uncomfortable conversations in order to find truth, and healing. I feel grateful to have learned so much from her, including interesting new words/ terms such as ‘wobbly learning’

Auroara’s path as a facilitator through her gifts of experience, story, music and healing modalities is a bright one, that will undoubtedly both educate, and unlock doors for people with past traumas, and bring healing, strength and light.

It was our pleasure to host Auroara's premiere performance of Loving Yourself: Healing through Music and Connection. The show explores sensitive topics through a thoughtful blend of songs and sharing. Her emotional music is filled with compassion, understanding and hope. Auroara's willingness to share her lived experiences create a safe space for audience members to explore their own life journey's. It was a wonderful evening, and we are thankful to Auroara for sharing her talents with us. We wish her the best as she takes this important show on the road to communities around BC - and perhaps beyond.
