Why the name Simply Sacred Solutions?
"Simply Sacred Solutions" was chosen to remember the simple truths that we are all sacred, and all of life is sacred. When this is lost, there is deviation using forms of power, oppression, control, and ego that harms us all. Solutions are the tools that allow for transformation to be possible using heart centered leadership, workshops, and shared collective values for positive social change.
Auroara Leigh - Consultant, Anthropologist and Social Entrepreneur
The tools gathered in my medicine bag include:
"I am not here to make a new form of knowledge, we have forefathers and foremothers who have substantiated that already from all four directions. I am here to help us have a conversation together on how to reset in the places that we have gotten so off course with certain aspects of our society has chosen to value things that disconnect us, from ourselves, others and our environment.
To summate it simply, would be to say that we need kindness in all three areas: kindness to the self, kindness to others, and kindness to the environment. Yet, we need an entire unlearning and relearning process to get there. We have a global reality on our hands that civilization has never seen before: Globalization and an Anthropocene era, mixed with disconnected traumatized folks.
To be able to return to homeostasis both socially and individually, as well as modify and adapt to new horizons of what globalization is leading to, we must be wise in our actions, choices and direction. Core values steer the way we are going and it would be wise to connect and discern what the core values are going to be moving forward. It is challenging to know one's core values when there is fear, trauma, ego, competitive mindsets, and shallow pleasure-seeking in the way.
The outcome of what we choose in the coming decade will matter substantially, and if we choose to continue to treat the smoke rather than the fire, we will continue down a certain path. Rather, if we choose to work together to create goals related to healthy connecting and healing, we will be on a path much more suitable for the future generations. It is easy to be kind, we just make it complicated!"
