A Well Society Is Possible.
I believe many of the things we have learned to call individual problems are also human responses to disconnection, trauma, inequity, overwhelm, and the conditions we have created around people.
My work lives at the intersection of healing, culture, leadership, and systems change.
Some people find me because they are trying to understand themselves.
Some are looking for a way back to their bodies.
Some are healers learning to hold others with greater care and incorporate human connection tools into their practice.
Some lead teams, organizations, and communities and are asking how we create healthier conditions for human beings by applying principles from trauma research.
And some are simply ready to hear a different story about what it means to be human.
