HORA Assessment and Custom Engagement

Every organizational engagement begins with the HORA (Healership Organizational Readiness Assessment). Based on the findings, Auroara designs a custom knowledge translation program specific to your organization's culture, goals, and readiness. Drawing from trauma-informed practice, lateral kindness, equity, and social determinants of health. All programs are built on the Transformational Learning Cycle. HORA Assessment (Virtual): $3,500 CAD. HORA Assessment (In-Person, half day on site): $4,500 CAD. Single Session Engagement (half day, up to 4 hours): $3,500 CAD, up to 25 participants.

Train the Trainer and Licensing

Build internal capacity. Following an organizational engagement, a designated person inside your organization is trained to deliver and sustain the knowledge translation work internally. Includes methodology transfer, facilitation skills development grounded in the Transformational Learning Cycle, and full facilitation materials. Single Designated Facilitator: $4,500 CAD. Additional Facilitator (same cohort): $1,500 CAD. Team Package (3+ facilitators): $11,500 CAD. Materials License (Single Organization): $2,500 CAD. Multi-Year Prepay (3 years): $6,500 CAD.

Presentations and Keynote Speaking

Speaking and presenting build trust, demonstrate authority, and open doors to new partnerships and communities of practice. Presentations from $1,500 CAD (1 to 2.5 hours). Topics include Lateral Kindness, Trauma-Informed Approaches, Social Equity and Determinants of Health, Reframing Community Healing, and Reframing Mental Wellness and Addictions with Somatic Solutions. Keynote Speeches from $4,500 CAD. Topics include Social Equity and Wellness, Neurodivergence as Sacred Roles, Heart-Centred Leadership, Community Wellness, Generational Trauma, and Reframing Addictions and Mental Health. Our signature offering. Lateral Kindness is the active process of creating humble celebration and safety in groups - where ALL feel uplifted, appreciated, and encouraged to be their genuine selves. Practical solutions for deep systemic violence impacts and power abuse oppression. Virtual or in-person.

LOVE & CONNECTION AS THE ANTIDOTE FOR SOCIAL UN-WELLNESS

Explores how love and human connection serve as the most powerful antidote to loneliness and social disconnection. Rooted in somatic and trauma-informed practice. 3-4 hours | C$2,500

PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY FOR COMMUNITY CAPACITY BUILDING

Equips teams and communities with tools to build environments where all voices are heard, respected, and empowered to contribute. 3-4 hours | C$2,500

TRAUMA-INFORMED LEADERSHIP & HOW IT CHANGES THE WORLD

For leaders and changemakers ready to lead with compassion. Explores how trauma-informed approaches transform culture and ripple healing outward. 3-4 hours | C$2,500

ANTI-PATHOLOGIZING FRAMEWORKS FOR MENTAL WELLNESS & ADDICTIONS

Reframes mental health and addictions through a humanity-first lens - moving away from pathology toward wholeness. Grounded in the H.E.A.L. I.T. Framework. 3-4 hours | C$2,500

SACRED BOUNDARIES - 3 hours

Explore healthy boundaries through a somatic and trauma-informed lens as an act of self-love and community care.

SACRED POWER - 3 hours

Reclaim your personal power. Explore how trauma and systemic conditioning affect our relationship to power - and how to restore it.

RE-STORYING YOUR INNER NARRATIVE - 3 hours

Transform the inner stories that hold you back. Using somatic tools and compassionate inquiry, participants re-author their narratives to align with their truest selves.

Freeing Yourself Through Expression Workshop

Auroara has been key in supporting our Metis folks in BC. Through the creation of safe spaces, the use of creative expression, and integrating aspects of two-eyed seeing, Auroara creates beautiful safe spaces for folks to explore their inner workings, creative expression, and identity formation, all through a culturally grounded Metis lens. She was able to support many of our 100+ Metis participants through mental health and wellness. We will continue working with Auroara to support our Metis community members.
